CANCELLATION POLICY
72 hour notice: You may cancel or reschedule without additional fees, but your deposit remains non-refundable. Less than 72 hour notice: 50% of the total service will be charged. Same-day cancellation or no show: 100% of the service fee will charged. LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time. 15 minute-grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, subject to full payment.
